PRIVACY POLICY
1. DATA CONTROLLER AND DATA PROCESSOR
The Data Controller is Casillo S.p.A. – Società Benefit in the person of its Legal Representative, with registered office in Corato at Via Sant'Elia, industrial area. The Data Processor is Mr Vito Maurogiovanni.
2. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR THE DATA PROCESSING
- Manage the relationships aimed at the performance and/or provision of the services you requested, and which are specified in the documents attached hereto.
- Fulfil the resulting administrative, accounting, or tax legal obligations.
- Manage statistics related to the above documentation.
- Contacts (by telephone, fax, post, email, etc.) aimed at the fulfilment of the purposes set out in points a, b and c.
- Acquisition of data through audiovisual means (e.g. images, videos, etc.) related to the aforementioned documentation.
- In the future, to provide you with information and/or proposals and/or requests for satisfaction and/or to send you documentation relating to our activities or the activities of third parties your data may be provided to.
3. CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED
Casillo S.p.A. – Società Benefit processes personal data collected directly from you or from third parties that include, by way of example, personal data (e.g. name, surname, address, date and place of birth) and information aimed at performing the services and/or providing the requested activities.
Casillo S.p.A. – Società Benefit may process special data of its customers in order to carry out operations and specific services required by the related documentation.
Casillo S.p.A. – Società Benefit specifies that, in the absence of consent to the processing of the minimum data necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in point 2, a - b - c, it will not be able to proceed with the requested processing.
4. RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA
Those who may become aware of your data in their capacity as Data Processors and as persons authorized to process personal data include all companies involved in the activities mentioned above, the natural and legal persons who perform such duties at Casillo S.p.A. – Società Benefit or related thereto with regard to the data necessary to perform the tasks assigned to them and the natural persons belonging to the following categories: any employees of Casillo S.p.A. – Società Benefit or posted thereto, temporary workers, interns, consultants and employees of other related companies, possibly appointed as Data Processors
The data may be disclosed to:
- i) Those persons to whom such disclosure must be made in compliance with an obligation established by law, regulation or European Community legislation. More information on this can be found on the website of the Personal Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
- ii) To parties identified as autonomous Data Controllers (third parties), to whom the transfer must be authorised for specific autonomous purposes.
5. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
The General Data Protection Regulation ("Regulation 679/2016/EU") grants natural persons, sole proprietorships and/or self-employed professionals ("Data Subjects") specific rights, including the right to know what personal data Casillo S.p.A. – Società Benefit holds and how such data are used (Right of Access), to obtain the updating, rectification or, if interested, completion of such data, as well as their deletion, transformation into anonymous form or restriction (GDPR Articles 15-21).
Where previously granted, data subjects and legal persons, entities and associations may withdraw their consent to data processing at any time.
In the event of withdrawal, Casillo S.p.A. – Società Benefit notes that such withdrawal will only take effect from that point on.
6. DATA STORAGE PERIOD AND RIGHT TO CANCELLATION (i.e. RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN)
For the purposes set out in points 2, a - b - c - d, Casillo S.p.A. – Società Benefit processes and stores your personal data for a minimum period of five years for the performance of related and consequent obligations, for compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, as well as for its own or third parties' defence in the event of legal proceedings, without prejudice to a possible extension in case of legitimate need.
For the purposes set out in point 2, e, it processes and stores your personal data for a minimum period of two years for the performance of related and consequent obligations, for compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, as well as for its own or third parties’ defence in the event of legal proceedings.
At the end of the storage period, the personal data relating to the Data Subjects will be erased or stored in a form that does not allow for identification of the Data Subject (e.g. irreversible anonymisation), unless consent for further processing is renewed.
7. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS
In order to exercise the rights referred to in paragraph 6, any Data Subject may contact: Casillo S.p.A. – Società Benefit with registered office in Corato (BA) at Via Sant'Elia, industrial area, by contacting the DPO as specified in point 9.
The exercise of rights is in principle free of charge. Casillo S.p.A. – Società Benefit reserves the right to ask for a contribution in the event of manifestly unfounded or excessive (even repeated) requests.
Casillo S.p.A. – Società Benefit has the right to request the information necessary to identify the requesting party.
8. COMPLAINTS OR REPORTS TO THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AUTHORITY
Casillo S.p.A. – Società Benefit informs you that you have the right to lodge a complaint or report with the Personal Data Protection Authority or alternatively take legal action. The contacts of the Personal Data Protection Authority can be found at http://www.garanteprivacy.it.
